Description

Three hours in photoshop. I noticed that no one paints trombones, so I did - I play one myself. This one is like mine - beaten, crooked, missing a weight and only a student version. Ignore the background - I got bored with it. Maybe I'll come back to finish it someday.

I'm no expert on trompbones . . . . . but that one looks really odd fer sum reason. Isn't it missing buttons or something?

despite the missing buttons, I think this is a nifty piece, although bassoons are more underrated than trombones I'm sure

Missing buttons? My trombone doesn't have any. Higher end trombones have a trigger, but student trombones have no buttons whatsoever (unless you count the spit valve, which is hidden by her shoe). Hmm... bassoons are indeed awesome and underrated, acidlullaby. I can't play reed instruments or button ones, though - stubby fingers and bad with reeds. Thanks, everyone!

Hmm. Interesting subject, but I have to say that perhaps it is too soft? Excuse me if this sounds like some sort of lame comeback (gah, immaturity), but it looks like you overused the smudge tool a bit. It's a good DRAWING, but the PAINTING part is a bit to blurry. Just trying to give a good, well-rounded critique :)
